This award requires 16 hours of classroom instruction and 28 hours total study time.
Level 2 certification is offered during the summer months. The entire class is typically offered live, online as we will be using tasting kits from Master the World. I’m happy to meet in person to taste if the cohort can agree on a date.

Price for the course (inclusive of the materials and exam) is $700.

Exams
Testing is available for one year from the completion date at the home school in San Francisco or our satellite locations at Cabrillo College and Santa Rosa Junior College.
Exam dates for Level 2 Awards are scheduled for approximately three weeks after the final day of instruction typically from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Students must register with Deborah Parker Wong three weeks in advance of a desired exam date.

ACCOMMODATION
Students requiring reasonable adjustments/accommodations in the classroom or during testing must submit their request below upon registration. Please refer to our policy for approval of accommodations.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations of all confirmed certification courses are accepted up to 20 business days before the start of the course. A cancellation fee of $45 + 10% of the course fee will be deducted from all the refunds to cover administrative plus the cost of study and exam materials supplied, and the remainder of the course fee returned. If a confirmed certification course booking is canceled, for whatever reason, with less than 20 business days’ notice before the start of the course, or at any time after the start of the course, no refund or transfer of the course fees will be possible.
Cancellation of Scheduled Exams
Exam dates are not flexible. If, for whatever reason, you need to reschedule the exam, you’ll forfeit the fee and be required to pay the full price again to reschedule.
